For business events, our Day Delegate Rate (£35pp) includes room hire, projector & screen, flip chart, two refreshment breaks, sandwich lunch, table water, pencils & paper. Or build an à-la-carte package to suit your agenda (e.g., Full-day room hire £150 / Half-day £75; Tea & coffee £3.50pp; Sandwich lunch £15.50pp; Flip chart £15/day). For social events, we’ll provide a straightforward, itemised quote.
Share your date, timings, guest numbers and preferred layout — we’ll confirm availability and hold the room while we finalise details. Travel is simple for delegates: 0.4 miles to Dorchester West and 0.9 miles to Dorchester South stations. Onsite parking is limited and pre-booked via JustPark (£15/day; arrive from 2pm, depart by 1pm); the nearest public option is Top O’ Town (about 2 minutes’ walk; typically £6/24 hours).
